Germination Guarantee Policy

1. Our promise
Every seed sachet from Appily Twentytwo is packed in moisture-barrier packaging and lab-checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Eligible claims
- Wrong item delivered: report within 48 hours of receipt with order number and photo evidence.
- Damaged sachets: torn, punctured, or water-damaged packaging reported within 48 hours.
- Lost shipment: if tracking shows no delivery within the expected window, contact our desk.
3. Non-eligible claims
We cannot accept returns or refunds for seeds that have been opened and sown, orders cancelled after dispatch, or germination outcomes affected by sowing conditions beyond our control.
4. Resolution process
Submit a claim via Track & Support or email seeds@appilytwentytwo.com with your order number, SKU, and photographic evidence. Approved claims may receive a replacement sachet or store credit at our discretion.
